This page includes two required introductory videos—one in English and one in Spanish—that help families understand the YES Waiver program and the Wraparound planning process. Completing one of these videos is required before your child can be assessed for eligibility.
After finishing the video, please download your certificate of completion and share it with your YES Waiver intake specialist. We’re here to support you as you take this important first step.

Welcome to the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver! This training video is an important step in the YES Waiver process, and it is required to be completed before your youth can be assessed for clinical eligibility. As you watch the video, you’ll gain an understanding of how YES Waiver supports families like yours, offering intensive, short-term help for youth aged 3 through 18 with mental health challenges. The video will guide you through the Wraparound process, where you’ll collaborate with a team to create a personalized plan focused on your family’s needs and goals. It also highlights the importance of your ongoing engagement and commitment to the Wraparound process throughout your time in YES Waiver to ensure the best possible outcomes for your youth. After finishing the video, you’ll need to download the certification of completion and show proof of completion to your YES Waiver intake specialist. Please note that if you don’t download the certificate immediately, you’ll need to rewatch the video again. We’re here to support you every step of the way as you work towards a positive future for your youth!

¡Bienvenidos a la Exención de Servicios de Empoderamiento Juvenil (YES)! Este video de capacitación es un paso importante en el proceso de Exención de YES y debe completarse antes de que su joven pueda ser evaluado para determinar su elegibilidad clínica.
