Find Your Certificate
Access and download your course completion or continuing education (CE) certificates directly through your Centralized Training account. Follow the steps below to locate certificates for trainings completed from September 2018 to the present.
How to Access Your
Certificate
Log in to your CTI account
Go to the Login Page or select “Login” at the top of any page.
Navigate to “Certificates”
Once logged in, use the top navigation bar to select “Certificates.”
Locate and Download Your Certificate
Certificates for eligible trainings will be listed on this page.
Download or print your certificate as needed for your records.
