How-To register/purchase a course for yourself?
Follow these simple steps to register or purchase a training course through Centralized Training. Whether you’re enrolling in a live workshop or a self-paced online course, this guide will walk you through the process.
- Go to the homepage by selecting the Centralized Training (CTI) logo or choosing “Home” from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner. You can also visit centralizedtraining.com.
- Choose the “View” button under either “Live In-Person & Virtual Workshops” or “Self-Paced Online Courses,” depending on the type of training you’re looking for.
- Browse the list of available courses. When prompted, log in using the “Please Login for Eligibility and Details” link. Once logged in, select “View Details.”
- Select “Enroll” to register for a course.

- Verify that the Quantity box shows “1,” then select “Check Out.” Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk *) and select “Proceed.”
- Tip: Do not check the box labeled “I am buying this course on behalf of someone else” if you’re registering for yourself.
- After completing your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details and a link to access your training. Click “Select Here” in your confirmation email to begin your course.
How-To register/purchase a course for someone else?
Use the steps below to purchase or register a training course on behalf of another participant. This guide will walk you through adding seats, managing registrations, and assigning participants correctly.
- Go to the homepage by selecting the Centralized Training (CTI) logo or choosing “Home” from the drop-down menu in the top-right corner. You can also visit centralizedtraining.com.
- Choose the “View” button under either “Live In-Person & Virtual Workshops” or “Self-Paced Online Courses,” depending on the training type.
- Browse available courses and log in when prompted using the “Please Login for Eligibility and Details” link. Once logged in, select “View Details.”
- Select “Enroll Now” to register participants for the course.
- Note: Some workshops may not currently be open for registration. If unavailable, the “Join Waiting List” option will appear instead.
- Update the Quantity field to reflect the number of seats you want to purchase. Then select “Check Out.”
- Complete all required fields (marked with a red asterisk *), and enter your own information, not the participant’s.
- Select “Proceed.”
- After checkout, you’ll see an Order Confirmation page. Scroll to “Training Access Details” and select “Click Here” to manage your purchased courses. You’ll also receive an email with this information.
- To assign seats, select “Click Here to Add Students.”
- Enter the first name, last name, and work email of each participant.
- Select “Enroll” to complete their registration.
- Important: Each participant must have an existing Centralized Training account. If they do not, their registration will not be completed even if you enter their email address.
- Once registered, participants can log in to their Centralized Training account and view their courses on the “My Courses” page.
How-To Access courses you have already purchased?
Follow these quick steps to log in and access your training courses. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your active courses, start online modules, or join scheduled sessions.
- Go to the Login page by selecting this link or scroll to the top of any page and click “Login.”
- Log in using your work email address (e.g., someone@agencyname.com) and your password.
- After logging in, you’ll be directed to your “My Courses” page.
- Select the desired course to access your in-person or virtual training, or begin the self-paced online modules.
